Using the games
By installing or using an OMZOR game you agree to these terms. The games are for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or abuse the games or our servers.
Purchases and licenses
Optional purchases (such as removing ads or unlocking premium features) are licensed to you, not sold as ownership. A license applies to the game it was bought for. Web purchases are sold by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's terms apply to the payment. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time in your store or Paddle account.
Availability
We provide the games "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we are not liable for indirect losses to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
