Who we are

OMZOR ("we") publishes the games listed on games.omzor.com. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Anonymous usage data: a random install ID, app version, device language and country, and gameplay events (for example, a level finished). We do not collect your name, contacts or precise location.
• Purchases: web purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which collects the payment and billing details. We receive only your order reference and email for the receipt and license key. iOS purchases are processed by Apple.
• Advertising: the free apps show ads through Google AdMob, which may use an advertising ID. Where required (EU/UK, and iOS tracking) we ask for your consent first, and you can change it in the app settings.
• Feedback: if you send us a message, we keep it and your reply address to answer you.

How we use it

To run and improve the games, deliver purchases and licenses, show ads, prevent fraud and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Raw usage events are deleted after 90 days; aggregated statistics contain no personal data. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete data linked to your install or purchase by emailing [email protected]. Children: the games are suitable for a general audience; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
